ZUMBA!

No pre-registration needed - just drop in and join the fun!

It’s more than a trend; it’s a movement!  A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, calypso and salsation.  The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms.  It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart.  A Zumba class is not formulaic in that instructors often add their own music choices and choreographies to make their class presentation locally unique.  Let’s face it, exercise has never been known to be much fun UNTIL NOW!  Our goal is simple:  We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.

T/TH at 5:30-6:30pm with Kim at MLS $5   Ages 12 and up.  Ongoing.
